Rare Earth SiMg Alloy , Ferro Silicon Magnesium Alloy For Steelmaking
Magnesium Ferro Silicon is lump in shape with metal luster .It is solid and brittle so that it is easy to smash, and it glisten with blue luster from silver grey body.
Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is one of the most important inputs in the manufacturing process of
spheroidal graphite iron and find usage in low carbon grades of steel due to their low carbon content.
Rare-Earth-Si-Mg alloy is a configuration of alloy that put RE, Mg, Ca in ferrosilicon, it is also called
Magnesium alloy nodulizer. Rare-Earth-Mg-Si is a kind of good nodulizer. It has a big mechanical strength,
the effect of deoxidization and desulfurization is strong.
Applications:
The quality nodulizing agent a is new generation product featuring strong applicability, stable and long(1.5-2 minutes) outbreak, small magnesium light and strong decay resistance, good roundness of graphite nodules, greatly improving the mechanical performance of ductile iron.
