Ball Mill Introduction:

Shanghai White Lai Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part which includes reducer, small drive gear, electrical machine and electronic control. The hollow shaft uses steel casting, the inner lining can be dismantled and changed, and the rotary rack wheel uses casting gear hobbling and inside the cylinder there is wear-resisting lining board which has fine abrasion performance. Ball Mill Working Principle:

There is a circular cylinder, a hollow cylinder with end caps at both ends with journal, end cap journal led in a bearing, a motor mounted under the cylinder through a gear so that the ball mill is rotated in the cylinder body fitted with mineral media (steel balls, steel bars or gravel, etc.) and the grinding ore. The total loading capacity is 25-45% of effective volume of the cylinder. When the cylinder rotating in prescribed speed around the horizontal axis, in the cylinder body, the ore with grinding media are raised up by the centrifugal force and friction. When they arrive to a certain height, they fall down to the bottom of the cylinder. Like this way, to impact and grind the ore stripping and grinding.. When the ore is ground small enough, they fall out of the wall of cylinder or throw diarrhea freedom fall. Ore from the hollow cylinder journal continuously fed into front end, while the ground product continuously discharged through the other end of the hollow journal of the cylinder, the cylinder body moving ore to ore by continuous pressure to achieve ground ore. If wet milling, ore is taken away with water.  If dry grinding, ore is extracted outside the cylinder airflow away.
