Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is one of the most important inputs in the manufacturing process of 

spheroidal graphite iron and find usage in low carbon grades of steel due to their low carbon content. 

Rare-Earth-Si-Mg alloy is a configuration of alloy that put RE, Mg, Ca in ferrosilicon, it is also called 

Magnesium alloy nodulizer. Rare-Earth-Mg-Si is a kind of good nodulizer. It has a big mechanical strength, 

the effect of deoxidization and desulfurization is strong.

Si:40-45% Mg:5-7% Re:1-2% Ca:1-2% Al:1.05max Fe:rest size:5-25mm(90%min)

Soundness in microstrures with homogneous composition, littlesegregation and lower MgO content. Stable and even lasting with highabsorption of Mg. Much smaller and globular graphite and high nodularization efficiency when treated.

Nodularzation temperrature is reommended at 1400~1450 when metled from a cupola, or at 1450~1500 when from an electric furnace. Aded at 1.5~1.6 when sulphruin the liquidcast iron is as high as 0.065~0.09%, or 1.4~1.5% when sulphur is as high as 0.05~0.065%.

Unique composition of special nodularizers welcomed and it can be made and supplied at convenience.

Supplied in the form of grains (5-25mm) or following special requirment. Packed in plastic braids with inner wetresistant plasti film. Per packed parcel is 25kg n.w
